This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit this website, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we process the name, email address and message you provide, solely to respond to your inquiry. We don't currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site (see "Analytics" below for planned changes). A single cookie may be set to remember your language preference.
Legal basis
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps necessary prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). Once analytics cookies are enabled, that processing will be based on Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent), which you can withdraw at any time.
Retention
Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle your inquiry, then deleted unless a longer retention is legally required.
Analytics
We plan to add Google Analytics to this site in the future. Once enabled, it will use cookies to collect anonymized data about how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). We will ask for your consent via a cookie banner before any analytics cookies are set. See Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Email delivery
We use Resend (resend.com) to deliver contact form submissions to our inbox. Resend processes the submitted name, email address and message solely to deliver your inquiry to us.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
